Are you a passionate leader committed to Catholic education? Linton Hall School is seeking a Principal to guide our school with vision, faith, and excellence. This role is responsible for fostering a Christ-centered learning environment, ensuring academic success, and overseeing the school's operations and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and integrate Catholic identity and Benedictine Values into all aspects of school life
• Oversee effective instruction by faculty and ensure student programs are provided so each unique learner can achieve academic excellence
• Manage daily operations, and their impact on budgeting, enrollment, and strategic planning
• Foster strong relationships with students, families, faculty, and the broader school community
• Support fundraising, marketing, and enrollment management initiatives

Qualifications

• Practicing Catholic with a deep commitment to Catholic education and values
• Master's degree (preferred) in educational leadership, administration, supervision, or related field
• Experience in school leadership with demonstrated ability to inspire and manage staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Catechist Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
