Wonderly Lights of Virginia Beach is looking for a skilled and dependable Holiday LightsInstallation Technician who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing holiday light displays. The role requires a strong understanding of technical installation processes, as well as the ability to work confidently and safely at heights. You will be a key member of our team, ensuring each installation meets our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and remove holiday lights and décor on rooftops, trees, and various structures.

• Work safely and efficiently on ladders and shingled roofs, adhering to all safety protocols.

• Perform technical tasks, such as wiring, troubleshooting, and ensuring proper power distribution for lighting setups.

• Collaborate with team members to execute installations according to design plans.

• Provide support to team members, guiding them in best practices and safe installation techniques.

• Maintain tools, safety equipment and materials, ensuring all are in good working condition.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during or after installation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in outdoor installations, construction, or a related field, with no issues working at heights (roofs or ladders).

• Strong technical skills, particularly in wiring and power management for lighting installations.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Physically fit and capable of performing labor-intensive tasks, including lifting, carrying, and climbing.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

Compensation:

$17.50 - $19.00 per hour
