Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of our real estate development projects, from planning and design to construction and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

- Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders, including senior management and clients

- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes

- Identify and mitigate project risks

- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented

- Provide leadership and support to project team members, including mentoring and training as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate development

- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in project management software and tools

- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- PMP certification is a plus
