Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
• Form a good understanding of customer’s urgent HVAC, plumbing & electrical needs
• Communicate with empathy and operate with urgency, while maintaining a professional and polite phone manner
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information
• Attend training as provided and required for professional growth
• Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager
• Handling all RAM customer service-related complaints, questions, calls, or escalations
• Monitoring the info email inbox, including emails from EMVIA and customer-facing emails
• Responding to ServiceTitan and Podium chats
• Outbound Calls to current customers

Requirements:

• Customer service experience 2+ year preferred but not required
• HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical experience a plus be not required
• Enjoy a positive work environment
• Exceptional and positive communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Patience
• Good computer skills
• Good listening skills
• Ability to multitask
• Comfortable working under pressure
