Operations Outreach Specialist — Pilot (Remote)

About the role

This is a test-run engagement (up to 20 hrs/week, $2/hr) to assess long-term fit. We are not building anything from scratch. The platform is live, the leads are already sourced, and the compliance workflow is locked. Your job is to execute outreach within a system that does the heavy lifting for you.

What you'll do

* Log into our Lead Manager dashboard (web-based, no downloads).
* Review pre-sourced ECDA/preschool leads in Singapore.
* Run a Do-Not-Call (DNC) registry check for each lead and upload proof before any contact attempt.
* Send outreach emails using approved templates only — no cold calls, no custom copy, no improvisation.
* Log every contact attempt in the system so the audit trail is complete.
* Track lead status updates (contacted, qualified, unresponsive, opted out) and flag stale records.
* Schedule discovery calls via the built-in Zoom integration when a lead grants consent — you do not host the call, you only coordinate.

What you won't do

* Source leads (already done).
* Write your own outreach copy (templates provided).
* Make phone calls (DNC compliance = email and in-person only).
* Handle PII outside the platform (everything stays in the system).

Requirements

* Reliable internet and a laptop.
* Detail-oriented. You must follow the compliance checklist exactly — no shortcuts.
* Comfortable with web apps; prior experience with CRM or outreach tools is a plus.
* Able to commit up to 20 hours per week during the 4-week trial.
* Must sign an NDA and IP assignment agreement before accessing any data.

Compensation

* $2/hour, paid weekly via Wise or similar.
* Hours logged in Time Doctor; only pre-approved deliverables are billable.
* No pay for onboarding, platform learning, or unapproved work.
