PT Office Coordinator Position

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00/hour
Work Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (fully onsite)
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a proactive Office Coordinator to support executive leadership and help establish structure within a growing office environment. This is a newly created role designed to offload administrative responsibilities and improve day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys building processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to leadership and internal team members
- Maintain an organized, functional office environment including supplies and common areas
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and general scheduling needs
- Assist with travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
- Manage office inventory, ordering supplies and refreshments as needed
- Support vendor coordination and general office operations
- Run occasional local errands to support business needs
- Help develop and improve administrative systems and workflows
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a dynamic environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience within the past 5 years
- At least 6 months of hands-on travel coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable in a startup-style environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license required for occasional local errands
- Experience supporting startups or building office processes is a plus
