As a **Security Guard - Tech/Media Patrol Driver Full-Time** in **Manassas, VA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic technology-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
+ Monitor the premises for unusual or suspicious behavior and report findings according to established protocols.
+ Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with site access and general inquiries while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns.
+ Document incidents, observations, and activities accurately in daily reports or logs as required by Allied Universal and site management.
+ Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services as directed during incidents or emergencies.
+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential risks and provide reassurance to those onsite.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
