Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled Marine Electrician with prior experience in the Navy’s A or E Division to join our shipboard systems team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying electrical and mechanical equipment across shipboard and integrated systems. You’ll work in company facilities, customer sites, and field locations—troubleshooting issues and ensuring systems run smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, operate, and maintain shipboard electrical and mechanical systems
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions quickly and accurately
- Provide technical support across integrated systems and related software
- Interface with customers and oversee subcontractor activities
- Lead and direct work crews when needed
- Prepare and use technical documentation, including work packages and test plans
- Schedule tasks, report progress, and brief both customers and internal teams
- Support cross-functional tasks to complete installations and assignments
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in marine systems, ship repair, and Navy operations (A or E Division preferred)
- Hands-on experience with valves, hydraulics, diesel systems, and electrical components
- Skilled in structural and mechanical system maintenance and repair
- Proficient with power tools, diagnostic instruments, and measurement devices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control procedures
- Must be able to obtain base access credentials (DBIDS) within 60 days of hire

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
