Counterintelligence (CI) Advisor

Program Overview

A staff augmentation program dedicated to providing expertise and capabilities to IC restricted customer.

About The Role

• Provides intelligence support for contingency operations, operational-level planning, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI).
• Monitors and analyzes all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs.
• Responsible for maintaining, developing, and executing strategic-level counterintelligence goals for the organization, utilizing knowledge of current trends and threats in the CI realm.
• Must be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with several organizations to accomplish mission critical tasks.
• Must be able to brief all levels of audiences on CI developments or policy implementations.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. An additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Previous experience in a CI role with the customer.
• Demonstrated experience briefing senior leadership.

Details

Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
