Dynamic Veterinarian Wanted To Join Dynamic Small Animal Practice!

We're looking ideally to add another full-time Associate Veterinarian to our thriving practice located approximately 30 minutes from Sacramento, CA. Part-timers will be considered and would have to at least work 2 days a week on average. Our hospital staff have deep roots in the community and so do our clients. Our core value: Our fur babies' health matter the most. Our owner has cultivated a practice that is focused on quality medicine instead of quantity. We are a well-established small animal practice with a loyal clientele and are seeking a veterinarian who desires to have a healthy rapport with our clients and community. All experience levels are welcome to apply. New/recent graduates are strongly encouraged; starting salary $150,000. We are looking for an associate who can grow with our practice. This could very well be your first and last veterinary practice home!

Our associates have decades of experience between them, and we can offer a new/recent graduate the quality mentorship they may seek. Our doctors remember starting in the profession and are excited to help new/recent graduates begin their career. We have monthly doctor-only meetings where we discuss cases and new methodologies. We encourage conference/CE attendance. You will find our hospital supportive of all of your professional endeavors. Appointments are booked in at least 30 minute time increments. We generally try to book wellness exams towards the end of the day. Most soft tissue surgeries are done 3 days a week. We have a board certified orthopedic specialist who comes in and does TPLOs/other by appointment only. We have an experienced veterinary assistants and RVT to provide the support your need. Ultrasounds are provided by a specialist. Computers are in every room, we have tablets, full in-house Idexx lab suite, digital x-ray and so much more.

Each compensation plan is tailored to the needs of the individual associate. 100% production, proposal, pure salary, benefits, everything is customizable based on the associate. Signing/moving bonuses. Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year with benefits to include:
