What You Will Do:
As a Programmer Analyst, you will support the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of information technology projects for clients across the United States.
You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers to understand requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
You will analyze program information, track schedules and deliverables, identify risks and issues, and prepare reports and documentation for management.
You will assist with client implementations, testing, deployments, process improvements, and ongoing operational support based on individual project requirements.
Depending on the duration and location of assigned projects, you may be required to travel or relocate to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., with expenses paid by the employer.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze program requirements, business processes, operational needs, and project objectives to support successful implementation of client IT initiatives.
- Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and client representatives to track project activities, deliverables, schedules, and milestones.
- Collect, analyze, and document program data, performance metrics, risks, issues, and status information to support management decision-making.
- Prepare program documentation, status reports, presentations, meeting materials, process workflows, and other project-related deliverables.
- Support implementation, testing, deployment, and operational activities at client locations while ensuring project requirements and quality standards are met.
- Travel or relocate to various unanticipated client locations throughout the United States based on project requirements, with applicable expenses paid by the employer.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience supporting IT programs, technology implementations, business analysis, program management, or project coordination activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate program data, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience preparing requirements, project documentation, status reports, presentations, process documentation, and management reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business users, management, and client stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to travel and/or relocate to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. based on project duration and business requirements.
The pay range provided is a good-faith estimate and represents the range the company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Individual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and business needs.
