The Role

What You’ll Tackle

• Carry out scheduled maintenance and perform needed repairs on plant machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults to reduce downtime.
• Complete regular inspections and preventive maintenance to keep assets performing at their best.
• Partner with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues quickly and safely.
• Document all maintenance activities and repair work with accuracy.
• Support the setup and installation of new machines and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures rigorously and help maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
• Take part in ongoing training to expand your technical skills.

What Helps You Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical certificate or degree in industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Hands-on experience as an industrial maintenance technician or in a related role.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and hydraulics.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong diagnostic mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and as a collaborative teammate.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, can-do approach.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and overtime when needed.
