As a Truss Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the construction of trusses that meet our high standards of safety and durability. Responsibilities- Assemble wooden and metal trusses according to blueprints and specifications.
- Utilize various tools and equipment to ensure precise assembly and quality control.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in assembly or construction is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
