This position is responsible for processing parking citations issued by our officers and Parking Enforcement. You will be responsible for quality controlling all handwritten parking citations and preparing contest paperwork and ensuring it is submitted to the courts in a timely manner. In this position you will act as the liaison between the county and the parking citation management vendor. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering data and submitting reports using various software to include Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational skills are a must as you will be scanning and filing all parking citations and being responsible for the efficient retrieval as requested.
The ideal candidate will have cash-handing experience as well as some knowledge of using a cash register and 10-key adding machine. Performing daily, weekly, and monthly cash, checks and credit card reconciliation. Experience in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook is a must.
This position also requires working as a team player and assisting the Licensing Section in all the various services that we provide to the department and public. These duties include assisting at the customer service window, fingerprinting citizens, providing information, and acting as the back-up for the False Alarm Coordinator as needed.

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED and 1-year related experience in working in customer service setting. Preferences: The ideal candidate must have the following:- Experienced in Microsoft Office software
