What You’ll Do

• Assist with electrical assembly and installation tasks.
• Help with conduit installation and wire pulling.
• Support construction and wiring activities.
• Read and follow blueprints while working closely with experienced electricians.

• Good mechanical aptitude and dexterity.
• Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic.
• (Bonus) Any prior electrical knowledge is a plus!

Work Environment

• Pre-fabrication shop (heated, no A/C).
• Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts + 1 x 8-hour shift.
• PPE required: steel-toed boots (bring your own), hard hat, safety vest, and glasses (we provide these during orientation).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, VA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
