BCBA Clinical Supervisor (Northern Virginia - Loudoun/Fairfax East)

Job Summary:

Golden Hartz ABA is seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional supervision and guidance to our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Therapy Providers (BTPs) in Loudoun and Fairfax East regions . Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs and BTPs, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality treatment services

• Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure staff are well-equipped to meet client needs

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams

• Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives to ensure best practices are upheld

• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and staff performance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices, including behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and implementation

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
