A Day in the Life:

• Your day kicks off with meticulous inspection of air compressors, ensuring they are primed for optimal performance.
• You collaborate with dedicated teams to address complex challenges, diagnosing issues using advanced tools and extensive manuals.
• Through hands-on work and interaction with clients, you ensure equipment meets industry standards, all while imparting valuable knowledge to apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide preventative maintenance and repair for rotary screw and reciprocating compressors.
• Deliver prompt and clear communications with both clients and third-party service providers.
• Act as a technical advisor for installations and start-ups, working under the guidance of a Master Technician as needed.
• Increase customer awareness about services like Diagnostics and Audits that optimize system effectiveness.

Qualifications We Seek:

• Over two years of expertise with industrial mechanical systems troubleshooting.
• A valid driver's license meeting Ingersoll Rand's safety criteria.
• Ability to contribute during on-call weeks post-probation period, available for urgent client needs 24/7.
• Possession of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
