AI/ML Dynamics Engineer - REMOTE

In this role, you will design, build, and deploy secure and scalable software and data systems that directly support mission operations and analytics. As a hands-on engineer, you will not only enjoy writing code but also the challenge of solving real-world problems in secure, distributed environments. Your contributions will empower our partner in delivering advanced technology solutions, integrating people and processes to tackle complex challenges effectively. This position is pivotal in advancing the capabilities of mission applications by ensuring reliable and efficient software solutions.

Accountabilities

• Design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and simulation runtime logic for mission applications.
• Develop software using modern programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or TypeScript/Angular.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following secure coding practices.
• Build and integrate modular microservices for improved scalability and maintainability.
• Deploy containerized services using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and automation scripts for rapid deployment.
• Contribute to secure deployments across hybrid or disconnected environments.
• Develop distributed systems and data integration frameworks using message buses like Kafka or Redis.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and willing to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• 6-10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience with DevSecOps and Zero-Trust processes in DoD environments.
• Strong full-stack or systems engineering background.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, C++, or TypeScript/Angular.
• Experience with containerized, cloud-native solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Complete understanding of distributed systems and message buses.
• Experience developing or integrating analytics and AI models into production systems.
