As a Service Advisor, you are integral to our success because you are the bridge between our customers and technicians. You are a crucial part of our team's success and critical to building long-term relationships with our customers.
Our team is the highest performing in the Midas brand, and to join our team you should possess great communication skills and have a working knowledge of the basics of auto repair and maintenance.

- Prior Service writing experience required
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handle customer calls and interactions
- Explain recommended service and the reasoning for that recommendation
- Source and price necessary parts and labor
- Find solutions for our customers
- Support multiple stores
- Build relationships with customers
