Office Manager

Description We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Manager to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our day-to-day operations and maintaining an enriching, productive work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will be working Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This is a hybrid position working 2 days remotely and 3 days in the office. Responsibilities: - Perform reception duties handling phone calls and greeting guest - Working in Microsoft Office Suite - Manages outlook- emails and scheduling - Need to be tech savvy - Working with vendors - Ordering office supplies- stocking new inventory - Handling mailings and packages - Handles all catering, meeting and events coordination - Provides support for various admin projects - Puts together all company events Requirements + Needs to have a bachelor's degree + Need a minimum of 3-5 years of solid administrative experience + Excellent time management and punctuality. + Strong working in Microsoft Office Suite - especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook + Prior experience working in SharePoint a plus + Very reliable, great work ethic and great with multitasking TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
