About The Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Systems Architect to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of systems architecture, a solid technical background, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design systems that support business objectives, ensure high performance, and align with the overall enterprise architecture strategy.
- Identify requirements for software, software licenses, and maintenance agreements to support CT Service functionality where software licenses cannot be provided as Government-Furnished Property (GFP).
- Identify requirements for hardware and associated maintenance for server-based hardware requirements and other non-end user device equipment.
- Identify requirements for hardware and software to support innovation, development, integration, and test environments.
- Develop, deliver, maintain, and implement plans, processes, and techniques to identify, quantify, monitor, and inventory hardware and software assets (including licenses and maintenance agreements).
- Provide the capabilities necessary to define, track, and control licenses procured under the contract and those licenses provided by the Sponsor for the full period of performance of the contract. This capability should be on-line/remotely accessible through standard features (e.g., browser) to provide the Sponsor with situational awareness and ensure compliance with applicable license terms and conditions.
- Deliver Hardware/Software Reports (CDRL 012) to track/audit hardware (equipment, parts, and materials) and software vendors, titles, licenses, quantities, costs, versions, and usage to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of each.
- Maintain records in accordance with Sponsor identified policies to support audit requirements.
*Position is contingent upon Spring 2025 contract award*
Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
- BA/BS and 5+ years of experience; Masters and 3+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience as a Systems Architect or in a related technical role with hands-on experience in system design and architecture.
- Strong understanding of system architecture principles, including scalability, reliability, and security.
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern application architectures (e.g., microservices, containerization, serverless computing).
- Proficiency in a variety of programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.) as well as frameworks and development tools.
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data storage architectures.
- Familiarity with system integration patterns, APIs, and web services.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach complex challenges with a logical and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range
Details
Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
