Seeking a social media savvy intern to help amplify our digital marketing and communications strategy
- Assist in social media management, engaging with followers and relevant accounts.
- Create target lists and grow follower count substantially.
- Assist in the creation of compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and more.
- Create graphics for social media using Canva.
- Comfortable making short form video content
- Approximately 5-10 hours per week
- Ideal Qualifications :
- Undergraduate/graduate student or recent graduate with knowledge and strong interest in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, film, graphic design or a related field.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive self-starter attitude, creativity, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- VCU or University of Richmond Students with knowledge of the area a plus
