Job Overview

The Community Concierge serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and vendors, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere. This role is key in creating a positive community experience by providing information, addressing inquiries, and supporting community events and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members, guests, and vendors with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
  • Serve as a central resource for community information, amenities, and services.
  • Coordinate member requests, including mail and package deliveries, maintenance work orders, and amenity reservations.
  • Support the planning and execution of community events and activities.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assist in onboarding new members, including distributing welcome materials and explaining community guidelines.
  • Act as a liaison between members and property management to address concerns or feedback.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service.
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Manager as needed.
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and membership agreements.
  • Manage the coworking space software.
  • Oversee visitor management.
  • Manage social media accounts.
  • Facilitate tours and follow up with potential leads.
  • Write blogs or create other marketing content.
  • Host events in the space.
  • Solve disputes between members.
  • Greet members when they enter the space and facilitate connections between them.
  • Manage virtual mail or virtual coworking services and clients.
  • Make coffee and refill snacks.
  • Stock office and kitchen supplies.
  • Clean and tidy the space throughout the day.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (preferred).
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
