Great Lakes Honda of Short Pump is seeking a driven, results-oriented Automotive Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team. If you’re passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving performance, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of automotive sales professionals
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor individual and team goals, providing ongoing feedback and training
- Work closely with the F&I department to maximize revenue opportunities
- Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
- Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- CRM and dealership software experience preferred (CDK)
