As a vital part of our fast-paced, high-performance Business Development Center (BDC), you won’t just answer calls — you’ll be the voice that drives the customer experience. You’ll connect with customers, build instant rapport, and help them stay on top of their vehicle’s service needs with confidence and ease.

With thriving locations in Chester, Richmond, Petersburg, and Williamsburg, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our service departments running strong and our customers coming back. Your Role:

• Manage Inbound & Outbound Calls: Respond to customers’ service inquiries and proactively reach out to existing customers to schedule timely service appointments.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Build rapport with customers, address their service needs, and ensure every interaction is positive and professional.
• Maximize Opportunities: Use your skills to upsell services, generate repeat business, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate Across Locations: Work seamlessly with the service departments across multiple locations in Chester, Richmond, Petersburg, and Williamsburg.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport over the phone and handle high call volumes with ease.
• Customer-Focused Mindset: A genuine desire to help others and ensure they have an outstanding experience every time.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and requests in a busy environment.
• Experience: While automotive knowledge is a plus, we are more interested in individuals with excellent phone etiquette, a positive attitude, and a drive to succeed!
