Are you looking for a full time, long-term teaching career? A Montessori school is seeking a preschool teacher with previous classroom experience.
The ideal candidate must have experience working with 2–3-year-old children in a classroom setting, as the lead classroom teacher. Candidate must have solid classroom management skills; must direct and supervise classroom assistant independently and support a calm organized environment. The ideal candidate should be creative and dependable with strong work ethics.
This is a long-term full-time position, with work hours from 7:45 a.m. -4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Must undergo background checks, TB test, and Fingerprinting.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Salary range depends on experience 25,000-30,000 (10-month contract).
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Suffolk, VA 23462: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
