The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Associate Immigration Attorney with removal defense experience to join our team in Richmond, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate attorney who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is ready to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in removal defense matters, including immigration court hearings and appeals.
• Manage a varied immigration caseload, including but not limited to asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, waivers, and related relief.
• Conduct client consultations and maintain regular, clear communication with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Prepare legal briefs, motions, and other filings with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the highest standard of legal services.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the firm’s growth and culture.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. law license (any state).
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred).
• Relevant experience in immigration, criminal law, or appellate work, with a preference for litigation or trial experience.
• Must be able to work in person at our Richmond, VA office.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic work ethic, and commitment to client-centered advocacy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting rate at $110,000 annual salary , with potential for a higher offer based on experience.
• Quarterly profit sharing.
