- Mentor and coach Senior Associate Designers and peers across the Instructional Design learning team.
- Design, create, and own complex blended learning experience strategies that require navigating multiple stakeholders and design elements, using adult learning principles and required tools or templates.
- Develop learning assets and complex learning experiences (i.e. learning games, simulations).
- Promote learning trends (e.g., approaches and tools), design aesthetics, and digital solutions and integrate into learning.
- Provide business consulting to key stakeholders and make learning and performance improvement recommendations via appropriate templates.
- Oversee large scale projects via project management standards & serve as the training workstream lead, as needed.
- Assess scope on an ongoing basis to ensure large, complex builds are on schedule, have needed resources, and manage scope creep.
- Create and execute measurement and assessment strategies for learning experiences.
- Ability to proactively recommend innovative and experimental approaches to delivering learning experiences.
- Influence stakeholders, team, and peers to adopt a learner-centric focus, new approaches, and/or pushback to uncover win-win solutions.
- Ability to consult/use systems thinking to identify the root cause of performance gaps.
- Ability to operate comfortably in an ambiguous and uncertain environment without right answers or obvious solutions.

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- At least 2 years experience in instructional design methodology such as ADDIE, SAM, or AGILE
- At least 2 years experience in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Articulate 360, Captivate, or Snagit
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in learning design supporting an Operations organization
- At least 2 years of experience in performance support and analysis
- Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot is required
- A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of site sight to every device on the network
- Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
- Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
- ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
- To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page
- Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met
- Do not maintain network-compatible internet access
- Live or work beyond the 100 mile radius of their dedicated location, or
- Live or work in the state of California.
