Responsibilities- Leadership: Guide and oversee the insurance sales team to optimize performance and reach sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to expand client base and increase market share.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure goals are met.
- Team Development: Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and drive continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Licensing: Valid Virginia Property & Casualty License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in insurance sales, with at least 1 year in a management role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focused: Commitment to providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed business decisions.
- Familiarity with industry software and CRM tools is preferred.
