Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Guide and oversee the insurance sales team to optimize performance and reach sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to expand client base and increase market share.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure goals are met.
  • Team Development: Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and drive continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Licensing: Valid Virginia Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in insurance sales, with at least 1 year in a management role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focused: Commitment to providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed business decisions.
  • Familiarity with industry software and CRM tools is preferred.
