About the role:

As a NP or PA Injector, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our patients' natural beauty through comprehensive non-surgical aesthetic treatments. This position demands a high level of clinical proficiency, artistic sensibility, and superb interpersonal skills to ensure an unparalleled patient experience. We're looking for an individual who is not only passionate about aesthetic medicine but also embraces a collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care.

What you’ll do:

• Expert Consultations: Conduct thorough patient consultations, assessing individual needs, goals, and suitability for a wide range of aesthetic treatments.
• Advanced Treatment Administration: Perform a diverse array of aesthetic procedures, including:
  • Neurotoxin injections (e.g., Botox, Dysport)
• Comprehensive Post-Treatment Care: Provide detailed post-treatment instructions and expertly address any patient concerns or complications. You'll have immediate clinical backup from a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon within the practice at all times, with all atypical results reported directly to our Medical Director and Dermlounge and Patient Experience Manager.
• Mentorship and Oversight: Provide direct oversight, mentorship, and ongoing support to RN Injectors, ensuring effective treatment planning and administration.
• Inventory & Product Management: Coordinate closely with the Dermlounge Manager for the efficient ordering and management of aesthetic products and supplies.
• Meticulous Clinical Documentation: Accurately document all patient interactions, procedures, and outcomes within 48 hours of treatment, adhering strictly to medical practice standards.
• Continuous Professional Development: Stay at the forefront of aesthetic medicine by actively keeping abreast of the latest advancements, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Engaging Social Media Presence: Collaborate with our Social Media Coordinator to create compelling daily and weekly content that educates and engages our audience.

Qualifications:

• NP or PA degree required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of dedicated injection experience in an aesthetic setting.
• Several years of prior experience in a hospital setting as an RN or advanced practitioner is strongly preferred, demonstrating a robust foundation in patient care.
• Proven experience creating and posting educational content on social media platforms to engage and educate is highly preferred.
