Store Manager
At Jiffy Lube our primary focus is automotive preventative maintenance and light repair provided to our customers in a timely and economical manner. Our Store Managers are responsible for the following: Maintain the Highest Safety and Cleanliness Standards in the industry Work efficiently and professionally while maintaining a fun work environment. Help team evaluate customers needs Lead service center to increased customer counts, customer satisfaction and profitability Interact with employees and customers in a professional and positive manner. Train and coach team members to become productive members of the team. Requirements: Driver's License Ability to Stand on your feet for 10+ hours Ability to speak English Attention to detail Professional, friendly and enthusiastic attitude This automotive position requires 2 years minimum automotive experience.
