In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and respond to site needs with professionalism and strong communication. Pay Rate: $17.95 / Hour

DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or operational concerns according to site protocols.
- Support facility operations by observing equipment and material areas for security-related issues, assisting with incident reporting, and following post orders during routine activities and/or emergency situations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess a valid armed guard card and/or license.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
