Bon Secours Maryview Medical Centeris looking for Locum Coverage Cardiothoracic-Surgeon! The preferred coverage includes clinic & OR + 24hr call.
Open dates:
- Reason for Coverage : Cardiothoracic Surgery Coverage
- Practice Setting : Office/ Hospital/ OR/ Rounding
- Call Schedule : After office hours and weekends
- Number of Operating Rooms: 1
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult 18+
- Scope of Services Required : Adult Cardiac Surgery, General Thoracic Surgery
REQUIRED DUTIES/PROCEDURES
- Aortic Surgery Procedures Required: Descending Aortic Aneurysms
- Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery Procedures Required: CABG, Redo Coronary Revascularization(With or Without Heart Valve Surgery), Arterial Revascularization(Using Internal Mammary Arteries, Radial Artery and Gastroepiploic Artery), Pericardial Window, Tube Thoracostomy, Thoracic aortic aneurysms
- Thoracic Endoscopy Procedures Required: Flexible and Rigid Bronchoscopy, Thoracotomy Lung Resections and Pneumonectomy, Chest Wall Resection and Reconstruction, Mediastinal Surgery
- Vascular Surgery Procedures Required: Heart Valve Repair/Replacement Surgery, Heart Valve Replacement Without Surgery (CoreValve System), Mitral Valve Repair
