Skilled and Ready HVAC Installers Wanted!

We're Energy Pro Heating & Cooling – a leader in the heating and air conditioning industry. We're calling on the most dependable, hands-on professionals in Portsmouth, VA to step into a role with stability, great pay, and a clear path forward.

Pay: $22 – $30/hour + bonuses based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (with occasional extended hours to complete jobs). You'll start your day at our Portsmouth location before heading out to your job sites.

YOUR DAY INCLUDES:

• Installing HVAC equipment per manufacturer's specs
• Wiring heating and air conditioning systems, including line and low voltage
• Soldering and brazing copper refrigerant lines
• Installing sheet metal and duct systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Connecting gas lines safely and accurately
• Pre-measuring jobs and verifying materials
• Maintaining top-tier customer relations and company standards
• Completing accurate job paperwork

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience installing heating and air conditioning systems
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, tolerate temperatures above 120 degrees, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekend hours when needed
• Great communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Honest and dependable
• Mechanically inclined
• Self-motivated team player
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA certified
