Are you a people person with a passion for cars and customer service? We’re a family-owned, well-established automotive repair shop in Virginia Beach, we just opened our third location and we’re looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Warmly greeting customers and making them feel like part of the family.
• Answering phones and providing clear, helpful information.
• Preparing accurate, detailed estimates based on input from our certified technicians.
• Educating customers about recommended services, helping them prioritize needs and plan ahead.
• Coordinating parts sourcing, scheduling jobs, and dispatching technicians efficiently.
• Ensuring quality control and a seamless service process from drop-off to pick-up.

We use state-of-the-art digital inspection software to communicate transparently with customers—sharing photos, videos, and notes to help them understand and plan their car care. Your job is to walk them through it all with empathy and expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
