CT Tech (Computed Tomography)

We are seeking CT Technologists to support our radiology department. Whether youre aiming for career growth, better work-life balance, or an affordable lifestyle just outside the D.C. metro area, this opportunity is for you!
What Youll Do:
- Operate CT and X-Ray scanners (fixed and portable) per physician orders
- Support the Emergency Department , rapidly imaging patients with acute or life-threatening conditions
- Perform general studies and some vascular imaging
- Collaborate with a team to achieve departmental goals and maintain exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certified, or CT certification within 1 year of hire
- Virginia Radiologic Technologist license (application submitted before hire)
- BLS certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
- 2+ years CT/X-Ray experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, radiation safety, and medical terminology
- Ability to work independently in high-acuity environments
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GE Revolution 64 CT and GE 640 X-Ray Standard / Portable
- Skilled with all patient age groups
- High accuracy in positioning and imaging techniques
- Proficiency with imaging software and computer systems
- Commitment to patient-centered care and workplace safety
