Line Cook
We are an Italian inspired, service-driven restaurant located in Richmond, VA. Alongside an extensive wine list and cocktails, we focus on food that draws from both traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine, inspired by the seasons and the people who make it. We aim to serve memorable experiences to the neighborhood and travelers alike.
We are looking for experienced and professional line cooks. Candidates must have a drive to produce beautiful food, be passionate about hospitality, take direction, exercise patience and learning, and enjoy being part of a team. Candidates must also appreciate organization and cleanliness in all aspects of the kitchen.
We offer health insurance, 401(k), dining discounts at Lost Letter and our sister restaurants. We take most holidays off, including: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve + Christmas, New Year's Day + extended week, 4th of July, Super Bowl Sunday, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.
