Title: Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Hampton Setting: Clinic Based Hours: Ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week **Part-time employees are required to work afternoon hours (3pm-6pm) at least 1 to 2 days per week. Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000 We offer two flexible and competitive compensation options designed to support both your lifestyle and financial goals. Our Pay-Per-Visit model allows you to create your own schedule, offering unmatched freedom to move your day around for doctor’s appointments, vacations, or personal time — while also giving you the opportunity to see additional patients if you’d like to boost your income. Prefer more stability? Our Hybrid Salary Option provides a consistent base salary for a typical 40-hour workweek, plus additional compensation for any clients you see beyond that. Benefits/Compensation: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * 401-K matched @ 3% * Vacation (after 30 days) * Sick leave (after 90 days) Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough evaluations of pediatric patients to determine their physical therapy needs. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. * Provide age-appropriate physical therapy interventions to children and adolescents with a variety of conditions and diagnoses. * Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support the child’s development. * Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. * Educate families and caregivers on exercises and strategies to promote physical development at home. * Stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric physical therapy and evidence-based treatment methods. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Requirements: * Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required. * Minimum 2 years of Pediatric Therapy * Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia. * Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each pediatric patient. * Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care. * Strong knowledge of pediatric physical therapy techniques and interventions. * Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
