Manager Project Support - RM Enablement (Onboarding & Training)
***This role is based at one of our corporate offices in McLean, VA, or Dallas, TX***

This is your chance to be part of a Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) that is offering owned, managed, and franchised Hilton hotels world-class revenue management talent and tools. As a Manager, Project Support-RM Enablement, you will support the revenue management teams that drive market share and outperform competitors. On the RM Enablement team reporting to the Senior Manager, RM Enablement, you will support the onboarding of new Revenue Management team members across all models, facilitate training sessions, coach team members, and develop content to support the Future of Revenue Management work. What you'll do during a typical day:
- Collaborate with model partners to develop Future of Revenue Management curriculum
- Create customized training materials for all Revenue Management, Sales and Marketing, upskilling team members in Technical and Soft Skills
- Facilitate workshops on topics like Technology and Tool enhancements, Portfolio Revenue Management, Revenue Strategy, Forecasting, and Soft Skills
- Learn new systems, tools, and technologies to create learning resources to upskill the team
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Attend training operations meetings and weekly RME stand-ups to share updates and align on goals
- Work with model leaders to stay updated on team roles, responsibilities, and expectations
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to redesign the approach to training
- Oversee the Full-Service training curriculum for new team members
Projects you'll take ownership of:
- Future of Revenue Management development
- Career Coach
- Building out Advanced Revenue Management learning strategies
- AI and automation in learning
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional work experience
- Two (2) years of work experience in revenue management
- Experience using data and measurement tools to understand the success of learning and training programs
- Experience supporting or leading change and adoption across a team or organization
- Program governance and roadmap development
- Familiarity in Revenue Management Systems like OnQ R&I and GRO, and industry-related reports
It would be useful if you have:
- Experience supporting operational transformation
- Experience influencing without authority
- Full-Service, Lifestyle & Luxury hotel Revenue Management experience
- Formal experience in coaching and mentoring others
- Adult learning theory and/or instructional design experience
- Digital Learning & Learning Technology Fluency
