Restoration Repair Estimator/Project Manager
Join our dynamic team as a Restoration Repair Estimator/Project Manager! Our company specializes in restoring properties to their pre-loss condition after damage caused by water, fire, mold, and more. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality restoration work. As an Estimator/Project Manager, you will collaborate with insurance companies, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Assess and estimate restoration projects using platforms such as Alacrity, Symbility, Contractor Connection, and Sedgwick.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines set by TPAs and Insurance Companies.
- Estimate, coordinate, and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Schedule and oversee subcontractors and project timelines.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, insurance companies, and team members.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures on all projects.
- Document project progress, change orders, and work orders accurately and promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries.
- Work independently or collaboratively with a team to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restoration estimating.
- General construction knowledge and experience in renovation/remodeling.
- Proficiency with estimating platforms such as Alacrity, Symbility, Contractor Connection, and Sedgwick.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Xactimate and Dash.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Willingness to work long hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
