Press Brake Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal components to specification
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues and make necessary corrections
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety protocols

Press Brake Operator Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating and programming CNC press brake machines preferred
• Amada press brake experience strongly preferred for higher-level candidates
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of metal fabrication processes
• Experience with measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges) to ensure precision
• Ability to perform machine setup, tooling changes, and adjustments
• Basic troubleshooting skills for machine and production issues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
