What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair electronic equipment with precision.
• Perform board-level repairs and functional testing to ensure top performance.
• Assemble electrical devices and components using hand and power tools.
• Conduct manual rework and troubleshooting on electrical devices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all tasks.
• Collaborate with a team committed to excellence and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years in an electronics manufacturing or repair environment.
• Education: Associate Degree in Electronics preferred, but not required.
• Certifications: IPC soldering certification a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuitry, Windows XP/7, and proficiency with tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to read schematics, follow technical documentation, and meet strict quality standards.
• Software Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, VA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
