We're seeking a passionate Small Animal Veterinarian to join our well-established practice, where you'll enjoy a diverse caseload, including exotic patients and wildlife cases.

- Receive hands-on guidance from 14 accomplished veterinarians
- Build your skills with graduated case responsibility
- Develop emergency, medical, and surgical skills in a supportive, team-based environment
- Learn continuously—questions are always welcome and encouraged
- Gain confidence as you master your craft alongside seasoned professionals

What You'll Bring
- Passion for small animal medicine (exotics experience is a plus!)

Exceptional Compensation
- Base Salary: $100K–$130K (competitive for 2027 new grads!)
- Bonus: Up to $50,000 sign-on & retention package
