Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman or Superintendent specializing in drywall to oversee and coordinate drywall installation projects. The ideal candidate will manage on-site operations, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate drywall installation projects from start to finish.
  • Manage a team of drywall installers and laborers to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications and industry standards.
  • Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders regarding project progress and issues.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in budget management and resource allocation for projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Foreman or Superintendent in drywall installation.
  • Strong knowledge of drywall construction methods and materials.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and techniques.
  • Experience with budget management and estimating costs.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using project management software such as Procore (preferred).
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
