We’re seeking a dedicated, flexible, and highly professional Teaching Assistant to support a small group of students in a one-of-a-kind mobile classroom — a school bus transformed into a dynamic, nurturing space for learning and exploration.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in guiding 8 students through morning academic routines and provide support for an additional 4 students who join for afternoon field trip–based enrichment activities .

• Maintain consistency and structure in classroom culture and expectations, even in a substitute capacity.

• Provide compassionate and professional support in both academic and field-based settings.

• Be physically mobile and comfortable navigating our unique classroom setting on a bus.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong background in education (formal training or equivalent experience).

• Excellent classroom management skills with a calm, confident presence.

• Open availability and flexibility — while this is not a daily role, the ideal candidate is able to step in on short notice when needed.

• A genuine love for children , a respectful and warm demeanor , and a strong sense of responsibility .

• Someone who values loyalty, honesty, and professionalism . This is more than a job — it’s a commitment to a close-knit community of students, families, and educators.
