• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Interpret and read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Perform regular inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
• Make necessary adjustments to tooling and machining parameters for optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and engineers to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with expertise in operating CNC lathes and mills.
• Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine setup.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
