Location: Fair Oaks Mall - Fairfax, VA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Pay: $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience)

Known for quality work, professionalism, and excellent customer care, we help homeowners with tile, grout, and surface restoration services. Our Fair Oaks Mall showroom offers a welcoming, professional environment where customers can walk in, ask questions, and feel confident about their home improvement decisions.

We’re looking for a polished, customer-focused Front Desk / Customer Support Associate to be the face of our showroom during afternoon and early evening hours. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in being organized and professional, and takes pride in playing a key role in delivering a positive, professional experience for every customer who walks through the door.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, creating a warm and professional first impression.
• Answer phones and assist customers with questions about services, scheduling, and next steps.
• Respond to customer emails and follow up on inquiries in a timely, thoughtful manner.
• Support light administrative tasks, including data entry and updating customer records.
• Keep the front desk and showroom area organized, welcoming, and professional.
• Act as a reliable, customer-focused presence in the showroom.
