Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

Case Evaluation & Strategy:

• Assess case viability by gathering evidence (medical records, witness statements, accident reports) and analyzing liability.
• Develop litigation strategies for cases involving car accidents, medical malpractice, slips/falls, or product liability.

Client Advocacy:

• Communicate clearly with clients to manage expectations and provide empathetic support during sensitive legal processes.
• Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies and court proceedings, including trials and arbitrations.

Legal Representation

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda for state/federal courts.
• Collaborate with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to build robust cases.

Settlement Negotiation:

• Secure fair compensation through contingency-based settlements, often resolving cases without trial.
• Navigate complex insurance claims and advocate for maximum recovery.

Qualifications

Education & Credentials:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to the Virginia Bar.
• Experience in personal injury litigation, with a focus on plaintiff-side representation.
