THE OPPORTUNITY A growing national equipment services company is seeking a Site Administrator for its Suffolk, Virginia facility. You'll serve as the central communication hub between site personnel, customers, transportation providers, and management — keeping an active equipment yard running smoothly and accurately. WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE • Pivotal operational role in a rapidly expanding national business • Career progression opportunities as the company grows • Culture that values continuous improvement and innovation YOUR DAY-TO-DAY • Serve as the primary administrative contact for all site operations and customer communications • Maintain accurate records for equipment inventory, arrivals, departures, and inspections • Process all shipping, receiving, delivery, and transportation documentation • Coordinate updates across customers, carriers, and management teams • Generate routine reports, maintain electronic files, and support purchase order and invoice processing WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 2+ years of administrative, logistics, customer service, or office coordination experience • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills • Attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry • Experience in logistics, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred • Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking software a plus READY TO APPLY?
