Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Full-Time
Place of Performance: Culpeper, VA
Schedule: Full-Time (Seasonal Overtime as Needed)
Responsible for maintaining exterior grounds, landscaping, irrigation systems, and snow and ice removal operations.
Requirements:- Grounds maintenance experience.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems.
- Experience with snow removal preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Maintain landscaped areas.
- Operate mowing and trimming equipment.
- Perform seasonal planting and pruning.
- Remove snow and ice.
- Maintain irrigation systems.
- Inspect exterior grounds.
